Overall Process:
We will discuss the size, price and the quantity of items needed for your quilt. I do require a 50% deposit to be paid up front and then I will provide my address for shipping the items to me. (You will need to cover this cost) All clothing must be freshly laundered and not have any fabric softener in them. This is VERY IMPORTANT.** I will use any material that can be cut with a pair of scissors (please no undergarments ;). Neither you nor I want to see this in a quilt LOL)

Please provide full t-shirts; I will take care of cutting them to the necessary measurements and utilizing as much of the shirt as possible including the sleeves. Mark any image with blue painters tape if you want it excluded (back vs front image). If you do not want a solid color backing, please provide the material for the backing or provide links where backing can be purchased. (This may increase the cost of the quilt if the material is more than the amount included in the estimated price)

Please ship items in plastic bags to avoid any damage during shipping. We definitely don't want the rain or weather to damage this precious cargo.

I will notify you upon receipt of the items and the process will begin. Once i have designed the layout, a picture will be sent for your approval to proceed before any sewing begins.

Once the quilt is completed, a picture will be provided and the remaining balance must be paid in full before the quilt is shipped back to you; I will cover this cost.

Any scraps or extra t-shirts will not be included in the return shipment unless specifically requested.

Orders are processed in order of deposit/receipt of shirts. I do this because I do not want someone's items sitting and waiting while I am waiting on another shipment to arrive that may have paid/submitted their order first. I want to get these items back to you as quickly as possible.

I will notify you upon receipt of the items and the process will begin.

*Price includes fabric needed for backing, batting, stabilizer for each shirt, binding and my time.
**I do not remove stains/repair holes nor repair damaged graphics

Some notes about my materials/processing:
--Sewing will take between 1-2 months and fully depends on the amount of orders in the queue before you. We will discuss this at the time the order is placed.
-- Stabilizer is ironed on to each back of any stretchy items; such as t-shirts and jerseys. This reinforces the items and keeps it from stretching over time and preserves it
--Trust that I will take my time in designing and the personalization of constructing your quilt
--Quilted in my non-smoking home studio
--I use high-quality Glide 40w Polyester Thread and will do everything possible to closely match your backing; sometimes an exact match is not possible. The stitching on the top will be visible and may not match your t-shirt color. If you prefer clear/nylon thread on the front, I can do that as well, however, there is not much testing done on the nylon threads to know exactly how long they will last with being laundered and normal wear and tear. SIDE NOTE: I have used Nylon on my personal T-shirt quilt and have had it for a year and it has been washed at least 20 times and is holding up fine.

--100% cotton is used in backing and binding unless you provide the material. Cotton is suggested
--Free Motion Quilting is done to the batting's specifications of distance between stitches for longevity. Free Motion Quilting is like drawing on the fabric with thread and binds your front, middle and back together in a beautiful design. This allows for your quilt to really hold up to use and stand the tests of time. Have you ever purchased a comforter and over time with washing the batting is all bunched in one corner? This is because the stitching isn't close enough together to meet the batting's specifications.
--Binding is hand made and double-folded machine stitched to the front and back of the quilt. This is an added layer of protection to ensure your binding will last.
--A tag with a quilt name, my business name and date completed will be sewn in to the lower corner of each quilt back.

I am truly honored that you have trusted me to be the curator for your precious momentos. I love creating precious and unique keepsakes from treasured materials that may have otherwise been boxed up on storage.
